LMAO!!! Ahhhh.... This was me this morning running around like a chicken without a head... Waking up at 6:55am, having 30 minutes to get two kids, and myself dressed; Parker to school no later then 7:30am, and me to the gym by 8am... LoL... Ok, Ok you get the picture!!!
Not to mention of all days, we had tons of trains, lights were turning red, some YAHOO driving on my bumper, then he aggressively changes lanes to find himself stuck behind some one else driving slower then I was... Mind you, I was going as fast as the person in front of me. I was cussing up a storm ... I was just so bent out of shape. Which brings me to the next paragraph...
1 Corinthians 16:14 Do everything in love

Now, I am not one to preach, or even share my spirituality with too many people, but for the last 7 days I have been working very, very hard on the the above bible verse. I left my bible study last Tuesday night with this seared into my mind. It, to me, made perfect sense, it was kinda like a light bulb went on in my head. It was the first time a bible verse really spoke to my heart and I could also make some sense of it. I don't have these moments too often, LoL.
Ok, Ok, Ok, before you have an ahhh moment, LoL, I want to say, I am still human and at times of great stress and pressure, like this morning, I do have a tendency to fly off the handle. So, going back up to the the above paragraph, and getting to my point, after cussing out all the cars on Hwy 79, and trying to rip my steering wheel off the steering column, LoL... I knew you'd like that one... LoL... I repeated over and over and over and over and over, "Do everything in love!!!" And, I prayed to God, Please Lord, get me to the gym before I kill one of these Nincompoops! Seriously!!!
Swim Workout:
1900 Yards
60 Min
I have now taken my scardy cat butt into Lane 2 to swim... I should have been swimming in Lane 2 since I started back to the Master Swim class. Unfortunately, due to intimidation, and I don't get intimidated to easily, I kept finding myself back in Lane 1 or honestly, I would sneak in Lane 1... I just can't handle pressure of slowing swimmers down; or having someone swim on my tail, etc... But Coach Lara, says I need to be in Lane 2, so that I can be pushed to fullest potential. Not only did Coach Lara say that but so did Coaches Andrea, and Liz. Finally, one of my swimming friends, Marty said "you know Kim, you should be in Lane 2"... So after that conversation, I put my tail between my legs and I've been swimming in Lane 2... I still like Lane 1!!! Ha ha ha...
Tri Training Bike/RMP Workout:

Intense workout today...I worked my butt off in that class.
Lara is an AWESOME coach, both, swim and spin, I just want to add... Looking forward to more sunlight, so I can get back in the saddle of my bike and ride...
