3 Mile Run/ Ellpitcal Evening Workout

OMG!!! I am quite Sad....  My run started out good, my pace was maybe a little faster then what it should be, but it was a good pace... I felt good up until 1.50 miles them my knee started to give me problems... WTH???  I tried to run on it, probably wasn't the smartest thing to do... I tried running on the pads of my feet that felt fine for a while except for me probably looking like a goober... Oh well, I guess I'm just gonna have to get off my butt, go buy a foam roller and start rolling out my  IT Band... From what I've been told, and from what I have read that might me my problem...





7:30 PM Workout

I  started working out with Brian on Sunday nights, even though we may not talk, or we may be doing two entirely different workouts, we have our together workout time.  It's actually very nice. My initial plan was to do weights on Sunday nights, but since I hadn't burned the necessary amount of calories for the day, I was compelled to burn those first then do weights, but I really got into my elliptical workout and scratched weights out tonight!
