Ran with Tobie, did the Galloway method... Have to say pace wasn't too off... Ran 5 minutes, walked 1 minute... Weather was 43 degrees, Sunny, and Windy... Small hill, if you want to even call them that, struggled with the combination of Wind, Hills, and Cold!!!
